Our experience allows us to provide you with programs that are not only proven to be successful, but will also help you keep the results once you get there. We will educate and support you every step of the way. We will show you how to make this a positive and manageable lifestyle.

Your nutrition plan is custom Tailored by your health educator alongside with a team Registered dietitian – and the customization of your plan is only the beginning of your journey to health … Each and every week as a team we continue to tailor your program based on how you feel and your weekly challenges.
Yes coaching sessions are available online, Skype or phone consult. TNT is a remote service.
To ensure your success TNT suggests you meet with your TNT health educator on a weekly basis. Yet these sessions are available in person or online.
Absolutely – you can reach your TNT Health Educator through email, phone, texting or Skype for an additional fee. We have multiple ways to connect with you and ensure you are successful.
Supplements are considered with each program and you will be advised by your Health Educator as to if supplements are right for you.
We have several options available to help you meet your goal. TNT’s primary packages are the 3 month, 6 month and 12 month program options. However, additional packages are also available. Your TNT HE will be able to determine which plan is best for you.
TNT Plans are completely customized therefore we are able to factor in special food and dietary preferences. We strive to help you reach your goals and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to attain them.


At your initial visit, your TNT Health Educator will conduct a complete personal health assessment. During this time your Health Educator will determine your current health risk, your real age vs. your chronological age, your body mass index and waist hip ratio and your lean muscle mass vs. your body fat percentage. Your Health Educator will also you establish your personal goals and provide you with a timeline as to when you can expect to attain these goals. This session takes approximately 60 minutes.
You will be sent a questionnaire to complete prior to coming in for your initial consultation. We encourage you to also bring a list of all supplements and/or medications you are currently taking. Think about your goals and expectations for the program so that you can discuss with your Health Educator. You may also want to bring in a 3 day food journal of your current diet and portion amounts.
Because your TNT Health Educator will be taking your body measurements at your first appointment we ask that wear (or bring in) lose fitting comfortable clothing such as shorts and a tank top.
During your initial visit with your Health Educator you will review your health assessment questionnaire. If you have not completed the questionnaire prior to your appointment, you will do so at this time. You and your Health Educator will also discuss any special dietary needs that need to be considered and answer any other questions you may have about expectations with your TNT program.
Yes- at Total Nutrition Technology, we design our programs to eliminate the guesswork and address your specific nutrition and medical concerns. With the guidance of our Registered Dietitians, challenges such as food allergies and other health concerns can be factored into developing your personalized plan in order to help you reach your goal. We will help you improve your quality of life and reduce your risk factors for further health ailments.
This is free consultation where we will do a thorough evaluation and assessment on your behalf. At this consultation we will have an in-depth conversation about your assessment and projected outcomes. We will answer each of your questions and provide you with all the information you need to make a highly informed decision about working with Total Nutrition Technology to achieve your goal.
The professionals at TNT can accurately and quickly measure your resting metabolic rate (RMR). Resting metabolic rate represents the number of calories your body burns to maintain vital body functions such as heart rate, brain function, and breathing. This accounts for approximately 75% of total metabolism. The remainder of your metabolism (or the calories you require in any given day) includes daily activity (occupational & lifestyle) and energy spent exercising. This non-invasive procedure takes only 10 minutes and will give you immediate and accurate results.


A TNT Health Educator has a formal degree in the area of nutrition, exercise, education and/or fitness. They will be your personal coach and educator during your time with TNT. Your TNT Health Educator will play a pivotal role in your TNT success. Think of your Health Educator as more than just your health expert; they will be your partner in your health journey. During your time with TNT, your Health Educator will review your progress, address any challenges or questions you may have, help with alternative food choices and exercise planning and offer tips and techniques to help you reach your goal.
A Registered Dietitian (RD) is a professional trained in foods and the management of diets (dietetics) who is credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Credentialing is based on completion of a BS or MS degree program, an approved dietetic internship, and passing a registration examination.
All TNT Health Educators are highly trained in the areas of nutrition, fitness and overall health. They work hand in hand with our Registered Dietitians and go far beyond developing your personalized TNT program. TNT Health Educators are closely involved throughout your time with TNT; continually monitoring, evaluating and coaching. If and when challenges present themselves, your TNT Health Educator is highly adept at making any necessary adjustments to ensure that your achieve success! Each of our Health Educators possess a high level of passion in this field and their drive is contagious.
